With its bright, white-edged petals yet dark pink core, Cactus Dahlia 'Clair-Obscur' has an incredible mystifying look. The combination of soft and dark tones of red, pink, and white and the full bloom of long fringed petals give this flower a lot of character. 'Clair-Obscur' is hard to miss in your garden but can definitely be displayed inside as well.
