If you do not receive your order confirmation within an hour of placing your order, please check your junk or spam mailboxes, in case the email was filtered into one of them. If you still can't find your order confirmation, please contact us, and we'll forward you a new order confirmation via email.

We ship the flower bulbs with Parcel4You (packet service). As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a Track & Trace number, so that you can track your order online.

Flower bulbs will be harvested in July/August, processed in the following months and are ready for shipment mid September.

- Orders placed before 15 September 2022 will be shipped mid September 2022
- Orders placed 15 September - 15 December 2022 will be shipped within 7 business days

Should there be anything wrong with the items you have ordered and received, it's important that you contact our customer service as soon as possibile via [email protected] or complete our contact form. You can return your order (if it has no traces of use and in its original undamaged packaging) to us within 14 days of receipt:

Due to the nature of our products, we ask you to contact us first before returning the items.​

You will be credited with the full order amount (including shipping costs). We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. Shipping costs for returning to the webshop will not be refunded. ​

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

We do not (yet) sell 100% organic flower bulbs. However, we do work with growers who are certified.
