Orders

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation. The confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when placing your order.

If you do not receive your order confirmation within an hour of placing your order, please check your junk or spam mailboxes, in case the email was filtered into one of them. If you still can't find your order confirmation, please contact us, and we'll forward you a new order confirmation via email.

We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Unfortunately, we don't deliver to Norway and Switzerland due to customs regulations.

We offer FREE delivery from € 60,- within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany.

We ship the flower bulbs with Parcel4You (packet service).

Once your order is packed, you’ll receive an email notification with a Track & Trace number, allowing you to follow your shipment online.

Flower bulbs will be harvested in July/August, processed in the following months and are ready for shipment mid September.

- Orders placed before 15 September 2024 will be shipped mid September 2024
- Orders placed 15 September - 15 December 2024 will be shipped within 7 business days

Should there be anything wrong with the items you have ordered and received, it's important that you contact our customer service as soon as possibile via [email protected] or complete our contact form. You can return your order (if it has no traces of use and in its original undamaged packaging) to us within 14 days of receipt:

Due to the nature of our products, we ask you to contact us first before returning the items.​

You will be credited with the full order amount (including shipping costs). We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. Shipping costs for returning to the webshop will not be refunded. ​

Other

We do not (yet) sell 100% organic flower bulbs. However, we work closely with certified growers who are committed to responsible farming practices.

For the best quality and results, we recommend planting your bulbs as soon as they arrive. In case you're not ready to plant them right away, especially if the weather is still a bit too warm for certain varieties like tulips, you can safely store the bulbs for later this season.

Make sure they enjoy good airflow and keep them away from warm or damp conditions. Simply unpack the bulbs and find them a cool, dry spot.
