As the name suggests, Fritillaria Imperialis Rubra Maxima is the 'biggest red one' in your garden. Standing tall with a crown of red, bell-shaped flowers, this variety will easily catch every eye. Appearing in mid-spring, strong and reliable, it brings height and colour to any garden.

For 400 years Crown Imperials are planted in the Imperial Garden of Vienna for their beauty. Ideal for naturalizing. Plant them in any well-drained soil, in groups, at a sunny spot. Bulbs grown from cultivated stock.

We ship the flower bulbs with Parcel4You (packet service).
Once your order is packed, you’ll receive an email notification with a Track & Trace number, allowing you to follow your shipment online.
For the best quality and results, we recommend planting your bulbs as soon as they arrive. In case you're not ready to plant them right away, especially if the weather is still a bit too warm for certain varieties like tulips, you can safely store the bulbs for later this season.
Make sure they enjoy good airflow and keep them away from warm or damp conditions. Simply unpack the bulbs and find them a cool, dry spot.
We do not (yet) sell 100% organic flower bulbs. However, we work closely with certified growers who are committed to responsible farming practices.
